Cafe Eko Store is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing our client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is an immediate opportunity for the right candidate to join our growing team in Menteng, Jakarta Raya.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
