• Plan and coordinate high-end events, including corporate gatherings, luxury weddings, and exclusive private parties.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a memorable event experience.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution.
• Leverage event management software like Eventbrite or Cvent to streamline planning and communication.
• Oversee venue selection, decor, catering, and entertainment to create a cohesive and luxurious atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract attendees.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing high-profile events.
• Proficiency in event management software like Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Creative and innovative thinking to develop unique and memorable event concepts.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
