📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, implementation, and control of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.,Manage a team of logistics staff and ensure they are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of improving logistics operations and reducing costs.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
