📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.
  • Support the HR team in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as leave management and payroll.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
