Contact and engage with potential customers to promote our products or services.,Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data.,Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.,Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Attend and participate in sales training and team meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
