📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement rural development programs that address the unique needs and challenges of the local communities.,Conduct needs assessments, surveys, and research to inform program design and implementation.,Facilitate workshops, trainings, and capacity-building activities to empower local stakeholders.,Monitor and evaluate program progress, impact, and outcomes using relevant indicators and tools.,Collaborate with government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure program alignment and effectiveness.,Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate program progress and achievements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.,Stay up-to-date with best practices, trends, and innovations in rural development and share knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Rural Development, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in rural development, community development, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian rural development context, policies, and challenges.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with project management, monitoring, and evaluation tools and techniques.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bangka Belitung province.
