📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to achieve sales goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun (local language) is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
