GNV Consulting Services is seeking a seasoned Senior Section Level professional to join our team in Timika, Papua Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing international trade operations, ensuring smooth and efficient customs clearance processes. As a Senior Section Level (Customs) at GNV Consulting Services, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the customs clearance process for our clients. You will work closely with local authorities, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and facilitate the timely movement of goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the customs clearance process for international shipments.
• Coordinate with local customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Monitor and manage customs duties, taxes, and fees to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff and clients on customs procedures and requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of customs processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs clearance and international trade operations.
• Proficiency in English and local language (Indonesian).
• Familiarity with customs software and systems, such as SAP Customs, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in customs brokerage or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
