Proven experience as a Site Manager in luxury residential or villa projects.,Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive long distances.
