📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Assist the head chef in managing the kitchen operations and staff.,Ensure that all food handling and preparation processes are in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized, and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.,Work efficiently and effectively to meet the restaurant's production targets.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.,Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that dishes are served promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.
