Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the regional office, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and productivity of the team.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
• Manage the budget and financial performance of the regional office.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Ensure that the regional office is a safe and inclusive place of work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian business culture and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Indonesian is required, English is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
