📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of products.,Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Develop and maintain effective distribution schedules and routes.,Monitor and report on distribution performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our distribution team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in training and development programs for the distribution team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to travel and work in different locations.
