📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests and visitors to the office with a smile.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle mail and packages, and ensure they are delivered to the correct recipients.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Assist with office administrative tasks as needed.,Promote a positive and professional image of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
