Home Glow Jaya is looking for a Deputy Training Officer to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others learn and grow.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs and materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development Manager.,Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans for employees.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
