📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining high standards of service and addressing customer concerns.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.,Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing training and support to achieve individual and collective goals.,Monitor store performance against key metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Maintain compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of store operations.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes to maintain high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.
