As an IB DP/Pre-DP Teaching Faculty, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of our students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver high-quality instruction in IB DP and Pre-DP subjects, including Mathematics, Sciences, Languages, and Humanities.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the IB curriculum and promote student engagement.
• Assess and evaluate student performance using a variety of assessment tools and techniques.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support student growth and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and ensure consistency across the curriculum.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and events, such as parent-teacher conferences, school assemblies, and community service projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the IB curriculum and educational best practices.
• Promote the values of Islamic faith and character development in the classroom and school community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area, preferably with a focus on International Baccalaureate education.
• IB DP Teaching Certificate or equivalent certification in International Baccalaureate education.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in an International Baccalaureate environment.
• Strong knowledge of the IB DP and Pre-DP curriculum, including assessment criteria and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
• Commitment to the values of Islamic faith and character development.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
