As an Indirect Procurement Intern in Bali, you'll be part of a vibrant team that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. You'll assist in managing procurement activities, including vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and order processing, using industry-standard tools like SAP and Procurement Cloud.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing procurement activities, including vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and order processing.
• Support the Global Business Services (GBS) team in maintaining and optimizing procurement processes.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supplier relationships.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement best practices.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes and industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with procurement software like SAP or Procurement Cloud is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, with Bahasa Indonesia as a bonus.
