📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with global financial institutions and payment service providers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cross-border payment solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative payment products and services.
• Manage and oversee the integration of payment systems and technologies to ensure seamless transactions.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize the effectiveness of our cross-border payment solutions.
• Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to stay updated on market trends and best practices.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on the status and progress of partnership initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for cross-border payments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international business development or partnership management.
• Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships with global entities.
• Strong understanding of cross-border payment solutions and technologies, including SWIFT, SEPA, and ACH.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia and other key markets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
