📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and vision.,Oversee recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate screening, and hiring.,Manage employee performance, conduct appraisals, and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.,Lead and mentor HR team members.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
