📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and repair kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery.,Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues in the kitchen.,Order and manage spare parts and tools for repairs.,Train and mentor junior mechanics in the team.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to address mechanical issues promptly.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in a food service or similar industry.,Proven track record of maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment.,Knowledge of various kitchen equipment brands and models.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the food service industry.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
