Sky Smart Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Receptionist to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and friendly experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/outs efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.
  • Manage front desk operations, including billing and payment processing.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints professionally.
  • Lead and supervise junior receptionists, ensuring high standards of service.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in managing front desk operations and guest services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid ID and work permit for Sulawesi Selatan.
