📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design and analysis of the hotel's structural systems, including foundations, beams, columns, and slabs.,Ensure that all structural designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.,Review and approve structural drawings and calculations prepared by junior engineers.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the structural design is integrated with the overall project.,Conduct site inspections and provide guidance to ensure that the construction process adheres to the approved structural design.,Mentor and develop junior engineers and provide technical support to the engineering team.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in structural engineering and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong knowledge of building codes and standards, including Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and International Building Code (IBC).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Valid professional engineering license is a plus.
