PT Cendana Property is looking for a Lead Teacher to join our team in Lubuklinggau. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting educational activities to ensure the growth and development of our students. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement lesson plans and teaching strategies to meet the educational needs of the students.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.,Organize and conduct educational activities, such as field trips, workshops, and cultural events.,Evaluate and assess student performance using various methods and tools.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices to enhance teaching methods.,Participate in professional development activities and training programs to improve teaching skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a relevant educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,English proficiency is a plus.,Valid teaching certification or license is a must.
