📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned department,Develop and implement departmental strategies to meet company goals,Manage and mentor department staff, providing guidance and support,Monitor department performance and identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
