Berkah Jaya Sembako is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, managing drivers, and maintaining vehicle records. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia with reliable internet access.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Schedule and assign drivers to vehicles based on operational needs.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption, and ensure timely servicing.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of their schedules and any changes.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
