Spot Bold Jaya is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in our retail store. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs and preferences.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Promote sales and special offers to drive revenue growth.,Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
