Apotek Lestari Bakery is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of food items in our bakery. You will work closely with the kitchen manager and other team members to ensure that our products are prepared to the highest standards. If you are passionate about baking and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items in the bakery,Ensure that all food items are prepared to the highest standards,Work closely with the kitchen manager and other team members to maintain a high level of quality,Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations,Manage the kitchen inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and used,Train and mentor junior cooks and other team members,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained,Prepare and cook a variety of baked goods and other food items

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Ability to follow food safety and hygiene regulations,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays,High school diploma or equivalent
