Manage and coordinate the quantity surveying activities for sales and tender projects,Develop and implement cost control strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget,Provide accurate and timely cost information to support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle,Prepare and review tender documents, cost plans, and schedules,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies,Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate cost risks and opportunities,Provide cost advice and guidance to project managers and other stakeholders,Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost records and financial reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on sales and tender projects,Strong knowledge of cost estimation, cost planning, and cost control techniques,Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and other relevant tools,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills,Valid professional certification (e.g., RICS, CQS, or equivalent) is an advantage
