📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide expert advice and consultation to clients to meet their business needs.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Manage and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Report sales performance and provide regular updates to management.,Participate in trade shows, seminars, and other industry events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
