As an Accounting Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Your daily tasks will involve preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations. You'll work closely with our finance team to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Provide financial reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal control policies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and systems.
• Support the audit process by maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with tax compliance and reporting is a plus.
