📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire procurement process, including supplier identification, negotiation, and contract management.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective and high-quality products.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and product opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best terms and prices.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or buying within the retail or consumer products industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the non-halal retail market in Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
