As an E-Commerce & Marketplace Administrator, you'll manage our online store, oversee inventory, and optimize our marketplace presence. You'll work with Shopify, Tokopedia, and Shopee to ensure seamless operations and maximum sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a dynamic and innovative company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our online store on Shopify, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, orders, and shipping.
Coordinate with our digital marketing team to promote our products on various platforms.
Manage our marketplace presence on Tokopedia and Shopee, ensuring our listings are optimized for sales.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement e-commerce strategies.
Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns from our online customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management.
Proficient in using Shopify, Tokopedia, and Shopee.
Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Certification in Google Analytics or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
Fluency in English is a plus.
