📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team performance and adherence to company policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and videos.
• Monitor and analyze training effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team leaders to ensure training programs align with company goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare outsourcing.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Certification in training and development or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with training tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom.
• Ability to travel within Bali for training sessions and team meetings.
