You will design and implement HR programs tailored to the needs of our call center agents, ensuring they have the tools and support to excel in their roles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Serve as a trusted advisor to call center leadership, providing strategic HR guidance and support.
• Design and implement HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and performance.
• Partner with managers to develop and execute talent management strategies, including succession planning and performance management.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging process.
• Collaborate with the Senior HR Business Partner to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Provide training and development opportunities to call center agents, focusing on skills enhancement and career growth.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
