📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic plans for smart city initiatives, focusing on IoT, AI, and data analytics.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to implement smart solutions for urban development.
• Collaborate with government agencies and private sector partners to enhance digital infrastructure.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of smart city projects to ensure they meet objectives and KPIs.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into smart city initiatives.
• Represent the Provincial Government at national and international conferences and events related to smart cities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing smart city projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in smart city projects or related roles.
• Proven track record in leading and managing technology projects.
• Strong understanding of IoT, AI, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in smart city management or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
