📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.,Develop and implement project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.,Conduct regular project status meetings and report to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.,Leverage CRM tools to manage client interactions and project data.,Implement and manage automation tools to streamline project operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Project Operations Lead or similar role in a CRM or automation agency.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.,Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
